Glorify Lifetime Deal Terms & Conditions

1. WELCOME

‍1.1. This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Glorify Lifetime Deal Programme (the “Lifetime Deal Programme”).

1.2. Under this program, you may purchase a lifetime subscription to use the Glorify Service so long as the Lifetime Deal Programme is running (the “Promotional Period”).

1.3. By creating an account with Glorify you accept these terms, along with our Glorify Terms of Service (https://www.glorify.com/terms-of-service) and all other relevant terms and conditions.

1.4. Please read these Lifetime Deal Programme Terms carefully and ensure you understand them

1.5. The Lifetime Deal Programme is void where prohibited by law.

‍2. ELIGIBILITY

‍2.1. Any user who creates a Glorify Account and purchases a Lifetime Deal subscription during the Promotional Period may participate in the Lifetime Deal Programme. 


‍3. LIFETIME DEAL PROGRAMME SCOPE

‍3.1. The Lifetime Deal Programme is subject to the following scope:

(a) The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to Glorify’s sole discretion.

(b) The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made to the holder of the Glorify Account for the duration of that user’s lifetime. Such right shall immediately terminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not be transferable.

(c) The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made available so long as the Glorify Service is made available.

(d) The Glorify Service and its features may change at any time.

(e) The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where technological changes make the Products of Glorify Service obsolete.

(f) The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where Glorify ceases to operate, suspends the Glorify Service, is declared bankrupt, or otherwise ceases to operate.

‍5. TERMINATION

‍5.1. The Lifetime Deal Programme may be terminated in the following circumstances:(a) Where you are declared deceased;(b) Where you are in breach of these or any other Glorify Terms. 


‍6. LIABILITY

6.1. Glorify will not be liable for damages you may incur as a result of the Lifetime Deal Programme. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Lifetime Deal Programme and/or the memberships or products sold by Glorify.

We exclude all liability for any breach of these Terms, including events where you may lose some or all of your content stored on the Glorify Service. You are solely responsible for keeping copies of any content or work that you may store on the Glorify Service. 

7. Third Party Services
By using the Glorify Service you are also accessing third-party integrations, such as third-party APIs made available to you via the Glorify Service. By using the Glorify Service and utilising third-party integrations, you agree to the terms of service of those third-party integrations.

By using the Glorify Service, you understand and accept that third-party integrations may not always be available to you and are outside of the control of Glorify. Glorify cannot warrant that all third-party integrations will be available at all times. Available third-party integrations may change at any time. To learn more about third-party integrations, please review point (11) in our terms of service. 

‍8. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND ATTORNEY FEES

‍8.1. This Lifetime Deal Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Lifetime Deal Programme shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

8.2. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Lifetime Deal Programme, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees
